Yahoo News Spammed

• Spam & Scam

I was just doing a couple of news searches on Yahoo! and found a huge number of them pointing me to El Cronista Regional.

The “news” links all take me to porn sites.

Near as I can tell El Cronista Regional is - or was - a newspaper in Santa Fe, Argentina.

The site looks abandoned.

At some point the name was changed to El Santafesino and the old one forgotten.

Looking up the domain I see it registered to a Mr. Batrundinov - sounds like a good name for a spammer - in the Ukraine.

Amusing.
